Sighting of Location.  Determines surrounding elements which affect the residence and/or business: overall features of the area, street configuration, adjoining properties, neighbours, building shape, and property shape.

Landscaping Evaluation.  I will seek to balance the 5 elements in your landscaping configuration, suggesting elements that could improve your exterior.

Approach to the Front Entrance.  This is perhaps the simplest, yet the most important area of the home in terms of impact.
 

Internal Evaluation.  I will evaluate all areas of the structure for furniture placement, balance of the 5 elements, clutter and space clearing, cleanliness and flow, lighting, corners, ch'i pathways, beams and architectural anomalies, thresholds, and first impressions.

Application of the Bagua Map.  The Bagua map will be applied to your floor plan to determine Feng Shui challenges and location of areas.

Meeting to discuss your intentions.  I interview each client to find out their goals and tailor a Feng Shui solution to fit their needs.

Packet of materials.  These act as a reference and provide resources used to apply Feng Shui principles.
